CO2 Laser Marking Machine Application

The below picture is showing the exterior of the machine, this design is specially exporting for European market that fully comply with EU laser safety regulations.

① Touch Screen Penal Industry Computer: this computer is in integrated design, computer and the screen is in one part, it's touch screen, or it can controlled by remote mouse and keyboard.

② Vertical support column with hand-wheel: the vertical support height is 1.5m(optional height is 1.7m), made of aluminum. Inside of the column is the screw guide, which is used to adjust the height of the marking head by rotate the hand-wheel.

③ High speed high precision Galvo Head: due to flying online marking, the machine is equipped with special high precision high speed head, which is much better than normal Galvo, and the price is much high too. With this special Galvo Head, the machine can mark with moving speed up to 80meter/m, which is specially applied for flying online marking. Normal Galvo can't reaches this speed and it's marking will be worse.

④ Flexible neck connection: the machine is equipped with flexible neck connection which is very flexible and then the Galvo Head can rotate with 90 degree, it's very easy for mark on different directions.

⑤ Original Chinese best laser source. The laser source is the most important parts for the whole laser machine, HBS always used the best quality of laser source for our laser machines. This laser source can use at least 6-7 years without any problem.

⑥ Flexible horizontal beam: The beam for fixing the Galvo Head and the laser source is flexible, controlled by another screw guide and hand-wheel, then the beam can move forward and moves back, which is easily operated and convenient for marking objects with different size.

⑦ Vertical column with height indicating numbers, which is easy for operator to control the height of marking head, and helps the operator can easily find the proper focus of the machine.

⑧ Stable machine base. The base is made of steel plate with thickness 20mm. The base is fixed with 4 supporting leg and 4 wheels. The legs can helps fixing the machine in proper places while the wheels can helps operator moves the machines easily.

⑨ Controller: the controller is fixed with Original controlling card, especially used for supporting flying online marking purpose. Comparing to normal controlling system, this system can ensure flying marking with high speed high precision, and ensures the marking performance always stable and excellent. Normal controlling system can't realize that.

⑩ Encode system and signal system: this machine also will equip with encoder system and signal systems. During flying marking, there is one detector to detect the objects, when the objects coming, the detector will feedback the signals to the marking machine and then the marking machine will start marking corresponding words, numbers, characters, etc...the cooperation between the encoder and the marking machine is excellent, which can achieves high speed marking with perfect precision.

Besides, the whole machine can be equipped with air fume extractor, which can absorb and filter the dust from air, prevent the inhalation of dust air and protect the operator.
